Delete account
You can delete your account and its data at any time — from the app, or by email if the app is already uninstalled.
From the app
- Open Tukko and sign in to the parent account.
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Choose Revoke consent and delete.
- Confirm your sign-in again — this protects against deletion by someone who got hold of an unlocked device.
Without the app
If the app is already uninstalled, write from the address the account is registered to, at privacy@tukko.eu. We respond within 30 days, usually sooner. Identity is verified by matching the sender address to the account address.

Why some records remain.
The US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA §312.8) requires parental-consent confirmations to be kept for seven years. These records contain no schedules, messages or children’s names — only the fact and date of consent, with identifiers hashed.
If you only want to delete a child’s data without closing your own account, that is a separate item in the privacy settings.
